Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

    1. Log into your account and click on the "Order History" tab.
    1. Find the order that contains the item you want to return.
    1. Click on the "Return Item" button.
    1. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Items that have been used or damaged
    • Items that are not in their original packaging
    • Items that are missing any parts or accessories
    • Items that were purchased as part of a bundle or promotion
